Override/ignore to prevent Proper update of "IT" -- as in VP of IT

I'm updating thousands of Title fields, and the Override Proper works well - expect for IT, and understandably so.  There are about 3k Contacts whose titles include IT, but "VP of IT" becomes "VP of it".  I've tried using a condition placing a space before IT, tried writing nested formulas that include NOT, which only returns false.  Would anyone have suggestions that would allow me to filter out such cases ("VP of IT")  that will allow me to keep the current title 'as is'?  Your help is appreciated.

@PeteIntradiem You can use Cleanse Rules to override.  There is an option for Proper Case Ovverride where you could add "VP of IT".  DemandTools - Manage Cleanse Rules
