Undo button not available in the Run History Table.

Anyone know why I wouldn't have the undo option available for many (not all) of my duplicate jobs?

Hi @CRMSarah, the only time the Undo Merge button shoudn't show up after a Dedupe scenario would be if you selected the "Add Prefix" option within Merge Options. If that is not the case, and you are following all the parameters listed here, I would highly suggest opening a request with our support team by filling out this form. They will be best equipped to troubleshoot this!
