Question: When two contacts, from two different households, are merged, what happens to the losing contact's household? Thanks.

@NA - The losing household would become "Anonymous". For household accounts, we reccomend deduping on accounts first, then delete the anonymous accounts after the fact. I will email you an outline of the suggestesd process.

Thanks - That was what I thought - so would you say that in one sense it would be better to merge households first and then merge contacts? This would limit the creation of these anonymous households?
