I am trying to use the 'Touch Records' feature of Modify. But there is no button there. Do I need to do something to turn that button on? I see it when I am modifying stuff in my production environment, but not sandboxes.
Hi @dextroart, we resolved an issue in the recent release of DemandTools V 5.38.0 which was causing the Touch Records Modify Action to not be visible in sandbox orgs. If you're running a lower version than this, please upgrade! Note, we're going to be releasing 5.40.0 later on today so it might be worth waiting until you're prompted for this update when opening the application shortly!
