Trying to delete acct records and navigate to Mass Impact

I'm attempting to delete which I thought would be as simple as an import or upate. I'm doing this in a sandbox by the way.  When I aim to delete, the setup page (1) recognizes 600 records in my Excel file.  Mapping is only the Account ID field even though I have 10 columns in my file.   I read that delete was done by first navigating to Power Grid or Mass Impact.  So two questions: 1) should I have a Power Grid and MassImpact menu/modules on my dashboard, and 2) can someone offer help in how to delete records please (I have all needed permissions)?  Thanks much!

Sir, the other part of my question is about Power Grid and MassImpact menus/modules.  I've read different instruction for actions that instructs me to begin by selecting one of these modules.  Should I be seeing these two modules on my dashboard?  Can you help me on how to access those please?

I'm not sure what you're referring to as I've never heard of those.  Have you gone through the Getting Started training for DemandTools?  If not, I'd recommend starting there.  DemandTools Home.  That training will review all the modules that exist (Module Overviews: Synopsis and Common Use Cases).

Yes, I have.  I guess I need to do it again.  I was following a set of instructions using Chat GPT that seemed very explicit.  So would an example of Mass Impact be writing formulas in a Modify action?  And not a module like I read?

@PeteIntradiem - I think you are looking at instructions for the old version of DemandTools, DemandTools 2.91 and likely have the new version installed, DemandTools V. That would explain why you are not seeing the modules the instructions are referencing. I don't know what you mean by "Mass Impact".  I did find a help article referencing "Power Grid", but this is a feature from the old version of DemandTools.  ChatGPT may be using outdated information.
